Can I get a refund or a replacement? I ordered the XY model but I got the XX model. The problem is the basic system programming is set for the XY model and it causes glitches and crashes when trying to run on the XX model. 2/10 would not recommend having an XY system run on the XX model or vice versa.

Ive given it a 2 because overal the XX model i recieved is decent and i wouldnt complain if i had the XX program.

When can i expect an email about my order, ive been waiting for about 18 years but i still havnt received anything?
